We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability and the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. Items purchased on sale or with discounts may not be eligible for return or exchange. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. However, if the item you received is damaged or defective, we will either issue a refund or provide a replacement, depending on your preference. Once your return is processed, you will be refunded to your original payment method or offered an exchange, as requested.

We accept payments via bank transfer through RCBC, BPI, and GCash. To secure your purchase, please submit proof of payment to nadi.offatelier@gmail.com within 36 hours. Failure to provide proof of payment within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of your order.

We ship via LBC and J&T to ensure your orders are delivered safely and securely. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. The cutoff time for same-day shipping is 12:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day. For customers within Metro Manila, we offer same-day delivery.
